Northern Ireland Office: Remote Working
The question

Answered by Hilary Benn
The Northern Ireland Office does not permit employees to work remotely overseas. All NIO employees are required to undertake their duties within the United Kingdom to ensure compliance with tax, security, data protection and employment law requirements.
