The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether individual Departments are required to record spending on official cars for Ministers and officials separately.

The Government Car Service (GCS) provides vehicles to departments as a shared resource.Individual departments are responsible for their own internal financial management and record keeping arrangements.
