The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what steps she is taking to ensure that Sudanese women-led organisations are involved in the design and delivery of the new programme addressing conflict-related sexual violence; and whether safeguards will be in place to prevent international organisations from dominating decision-making in that programme.
