The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether the Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill will extend and simplify the right to manage for residents of freehold estates subject to private estate management charges.

Answered by Matthew Pennycook

I refer the hon. Member to the Written Ministerial Statement (HCWS1210) made on 18 December 2025. The two consultations both closed on 12 March 2026. We are currently analysing the feedback received and will publish our response in due course.
