The question
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 8 June 2026, to Question 6099, on Foreign Relations, if he will list each Non-Legally Binding Instruments that has been signed by the department and it's Arms Length Bodies since July 2024 other than those subject to the sensitive diplomatic, security or defence interest provisions.
Answered by Seema Malhotra
All UK treaties are recorded online, and can be searched for by country, at https://treaties.fcdo.gov.uk/responsive/app/consolidatedSearch/.
However, it has not been the practice, either before or after 4 July 2024, for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office to maintain a central list of Non-Legally Binding Instruments, and going department-by-department or country-by-country to collate such a list now is something that could only be done at disproportionate cost.
