Asked by Mike WoodConservativeCabinet OfficeTabled Answered 25 June 2026UIN 9028

The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what information (a) the Cabinet Office and (b) Civil Service People Group holds on live industrial disputes in Government Departments.

Answered by Satvir Kaur

The Cabinet Office is typically notified by Government Departments in the event of live industrial disputes with trade unions. As Cabinet Office is not the employer, it has no direct involvement in these disputes.
