The question
To ask the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, whether any Memorandums of Understanding and other non-legally binding agreements that do not have the status of a treaty have been agreed by (i) her Department and (ii) its Arm’s Length Bodies with (a) foreign governments, (b) local, regional and state-level government tiers of foreign countries and (c) supranational organisations since 4 July 2024.

The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and our arms-length bodies including UKRI have signed a range of non-legally binding agreements since July 2024 with partner countries at both state and other levels of government and with supranational organisations.
