The question
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether her Department has received a (a) data protection impact assessment, (b) social value assessment, (c) human rights assessment, (d) supplier dependency assessment and (e) digital sovereignty assessment conducted by the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to its contract with Palantir.

The Treasury does not hold the information requested. This is a matter for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which is operationally independent from government and responsible for its own commercial arrangements, including the awarding of commercial contracts.
The FCA will respond to the Honourable Member by letter, and a copy of the letter will be placed in the Library of the House of Commons.
