To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, further to the draft Combined Authorities (Mayoral Elections) (Amendment) Order 2026, what is the planned commencement and implementation date for the provisions on Supplementary

We intend to implement the Supplementary Vote system for Police and Crime Commissioner and other mayoral elections in due course through separate statutory instruments.
