Asked by Mr Andrew SnowdenConservativeMinistry of Housing, Communities and Local GovernmentTabled Answered 22 June 2026UIN 9128

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the number of social housing properties in Fylde constituency affected by damp and mould.

Answered by Matthew Pennycook

The English Housing Survey provides findings on housing quality and condition in England, including damp and mould. It can be found on gov.uk here.

My Department also publishes modelled data on levels of damp and mould by tenure for each local authority area. This can be found on gov.uk here.
