The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what funding has been allocated to registered providers in Lancashire through the Affordable Homes Programme since July 2024.

Since July 2024, Homes England has allocated £175.5 million in grant funding across Lancashire through the 2021-26 Affordable Homes Programme and the Social and Affordable Homes Programme, including early allocations from the £2 billion announced in March 2025. This funding will deliver over 2,800 affordable homes.

Bids for Strategic Partnerships under the Social and Affordable Homes Programme are currently being assessed.
