To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the procurement timeframe will be for contracts providing asylum accommodation to replace the existing agreements that expire in 2029.

The Future Asylum Contract Transformation programme which will replace the existing Asylum Accommodation and Support Contracts is planned to launch its procurement in 2026, with an expectation that contracts will be awarded before the expiration of existing contracts.
