Housing: Young People

Asked by Adam JogeeLabourMinistry of Housing, Communities and Local GovernmentTabled Answered 13 July 2026UIN 9434

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether he has had discussions with the YMCA on their proposals to deliver 10,000 homes for young people.

Answered by Alison McGovern

MHCLG ministers meet with a range of stakeholders and partners to discuss delivering homes our young people need. Full details of all ministerial meetings are published quarterly and can be found on GOV.UK.

For more information about what the government are doing to increase affordable housing for young people, I refer the hon. Member to UIN 1861.
