Palliative Care

Asked by Adam JogeeLabourDepartment of Health and Social CareTabled Answered 16 June 2026UIN 9436

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the potential implications for his policies of Marie Curie's Fix End of Life Care campaign.

Answered by Stephen Kinnock

We welcome Marie Curie’s Fix End of Life Care campaign. We are working closely with Marie Curie, alongside a number of other stakeholders, in the development of our Modern Service Framework (MSF) for Palliative Care and End of Life Care.

We will continue to co-design the MSF with our stakeholders, including Marie Curie, and Marie Curie will have the opportunity to feed in findings from its Fix End of Life Care campaign through that engagement.
