To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, with reference to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for government’s most important contracts, Data for October to December 2025 for all departments, published on 31 March 2026, if he will list the (a) title and (b) description of each social value KPI labelled (i) Social Value Targets attained and (ii) social values.

Under the Department for Business and Trade’s (DBT) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Government’s most important contracts, 17 of the 62 KPIs published for the period October to December 2025 relate to Social Value.
The table below sets out the contract titles and the descriptions of the Social Value KPIs, alongside the ratings attained and Social Value category.
