To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, further to the Answer of 11 June 2026 to Question 7122, if he will collect data on the average time for SMEs to receive a decision on bank loan applications.

The Department for Business and Trade does not currently have plans to collect information on trends in the average time for SMEs to receive a decision on bank loan applications.
