To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the applicability of the affordable homes definition in high cost housing areas.

My Department has made no specific assessment of the applicability of the definition of affordable housing in the glossary of the National Planning Policy Framework in high-cost housing areas.
