To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps she is taking to strengthen early intervention measures for domestic abuse and ensure stronger action against repeat offenders.

Tackling perpetrators is at the heart of this Government’s Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy, with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
We are expanding access to perpetrator interventions across England and Wales through a £74.5 million Domestic Abuse and Stalking Perpetrator Intervention Fund for Police and Crime Commissioners, with ringfenced funding for children who use harm. We are investing £53 million over four years to roll out the Drive Project across England and Wales, to target high-risk, repeat domestic abuse perpetrators.
We are also introducing a first-of-its-kind package of measures to address children and young people’s harmful behaviours early, including a helpline for children worried about their own behaviour and targeted interventions where harm is occurring.
