Ministers: Disclosure of Information

Asked by Mike WoodConservativeCabinet OfficeTabled Answered 23 June 2026UIN 10183

The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether any (a) individual in Crown Service, (b) individual who has departed Crown Service, (c) Ministers of the Crown and (d) former Ministers for the Crown who were asked to provide information has not replied to the request by HM Government.

Answered by Nick Thomas-Symonds

I refer the Hon Member to the Government’s statement and release of information on 1st June in response to the Humble Address, in particular the section entitled 'Government methodology in complying with the Humble Address' in the document laid before Parliament.

The documents published in the first and second tranches contain the entirety of the documents the Government has available for disclosure, except those being withheld at the request of the Metropolitan Police.
