To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to the Answer of 28 April 2026 to Question 128643, when he expects the academic Peer Review to conclude its findings and issue a Report.

The Peer Review process has been started, and we aim to conclude this towards the end of the year. Once reports have been finalised post-peer review, publication will commence.
