To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many cases have been referred to the police in Northern Ireland for investigation relating to alleged Troubles’ related crimes.

The Ministry of Defence does not record or hold information on referrals to the police for investigation, either in Northern Ireland or in any part of the UK, including allegations of crimes relating to the Troubles.
