To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, from which budget will the cost of detaining the SMYRTOS at Weymouth anchorage come from.

The Department for Transport is lead department for the detention of the vessel. However, we are clear that the ship owner continues to be responsible for the upkeep of the vessel, and provisions for crew members.
