To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether any officials within the business unit of the Office of the Prime Minister are given trade union facility time.

Officials in the Prime Minister’s Office follow the wider Cabinet Office policy on Facility Time, there is no separate guidance. For staffing and management purposes, the Prime Minister’s Office is a business unit of the Cabinet Office.
