The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what steps she is taking to incentivise summer rail travel in Surrey Heath constituency.

Answered by Keir Mather

The Government is taking action to make rail travel more attractive and affordable for passengers this summer, including in the Surrey Heath constituency.

We have frozen rail fares so passengers can travel for less this summer, marking the first fares freeze in 30 years and saving passengers over £600 million.
