The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether he plans to update Universal Credit childcare costs regulations and guidance in line with paragraph 4.18 of the 2025 Budget.

The regulations and guidance will be updated when the childcare costs changes, announced at the 2025 Budget, are implemented.
