The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of proposed reforms to insourcing on opportunities for skilled private sector employers in Fylde to provide services to Government departments.

In conducting a Public Interest Test, contracting authorities will need to consider the impact of their approach on economic growth and relevant markets. At present, no such assessment has been made at constituency level.
