To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 2 June 2026 to Question 1190 on Cabinet Office: Subject Access Requests, whether the internal Subject Access Request manual has been updated since 2018.

The internal Subject Access Request manual was drafted in 2018. This has not been updated given the legislation underpinning the guidance remains the same.
