The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 12 June 2026 to Question 4598 on Great British Railways, if she will list examples of current open access passenger rail services.

In the UK, the main open access passenger rail operators are Hull Trains, Grand Central, and Lumo, predominantly running intercity services on the East Coast Main Line in competition with the publicly contracted operator (LNER).
