The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to his Department's publication entitled Government Procurement Card spend over £500 - April 2026 (Cabinet Office Core), published on 28 May 2026, what was the conference or event relating to the (a) two payments to Political Engagement Ltd for £720 and (b) payment to Influencer 360 for £2,106.

The two payments to Political Engagement Ltd for £720 was for a stand at Civil Service Live 2026 in London and Edinburgh. According to Companies House, Political Engagement Ltd is a subsidiary of Political Holdings Ltd, owned by Lord Ashcroft.

The payment for Influencer 360 related to the cost of three staff members attending the “PRWeek and Campaign Influencer 360” 2026 conference.
