The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 5 June 2026, to Question 3298, on UK Trade with EU: Dispute Resolution, whether he plans for the individuals appointed by the Government to be posted on the Direct Ministerial Appointment portal; and if he will publish short biographical information on the individuals appointed by the Government in line with the approach taken for the announcement of direct ministerial appointments.

The list of expert panellists is for agreement by the Trade Specialised Committee on Level Playing Field for Open and Fair Competition and Sustainable Development under the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement. The individuals listed in PQ 3298 are not direct ministerial appointments and therefore will not be posted on the portal.
