The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what (a) metrics and (b) performance measures his Department plan to use to assess whether changes to the statutory consultee system are meeting their goal of (i) providing timely expert advice and (ii) supporting high quality develop; and how he plans for these to be monitored.
