To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the answer of 11 March 2025, to Question 31946, on Housing: Finance, what is the breakdown of the tenure types of the 2,800 affordable homes; and what is the timetable to build them.

In February 2025, the government announced an additional £300 million for the 2021–26 Affordable Homes Programme to support near-term social and affordable housing delivery.
This funding is expected to deliver up to 2,800 homes, with more than half for Social Rent.
The additional funding has been integrated into the existing Affordable Homes Programme 2021–26 programme and does not have separate targets. Funding is allocated on a scheme-by-scheme basis.
Information on tenure across the 2021-26 Affordable Homes Programme is published by Homes England and Greater London Authority as part of their regular statistical releases.
