To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many driving examiners ceased to practice in May 2026.

In May 2026, 9.91 full-time equivalent driving examiners left the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. As of May 2026, there are 147 (10.3%) more full-time equivalent driving examiners in post than May last year (1,430).
