To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what offence is committed by a person who books, amends, cancels or swaps a driving test on behalf of another person; under which statutory provision is that offence created; and what the maximum penalty is upon conviction.

If a person falsely asserts they are someone else to book, amend, cancel, or swap a practical driving test, they may commit an existing offence, and the case may be referred to the appropriate authorities. The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency may also revoke online access or cancel bookings where the legislation or its terms and conditions are breached.
