To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many mutual legal assistance requests received by the UK Central Authority related to money laundering for each year from 2018 to 2025.

The Home Office is the central authority for Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland except for tax and fiscal customs criminal matters, which are coordinated by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). Requests seeking assistance solely from Scotland are sent directly to the Crown Office in Edinburgh.
This is a breakdown of the number of MLA requests received for the offence of money laundering by calendar year:
