The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many prisoners held at HMP Belmarsh or HMP Manchester have sued the Ministry of Justice or HMPPS over alleged breaches of the Public Sector Equality Duty in the past year.

Since 1 June 2025, no claims submitted by prisoners against HMP Manchester or HMP Belmarsh have referred to a breach of the Public Sector Equality Duty.
