The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 4 June 2026 to Question 4292 on the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate, if she will publish the representations received by her Department since 4 July 2024 on bringing forward the scheduled review of the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate.

The Government does not intend to publish representations we have received to bring forward the formal review of the ZEV Mandate. There is a long-standing commitment to conclude the review in 2027. In accordance with normal process, we are starting discussions with stakeholders to inform the review.
