The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of introducing a replacement to the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme on the UK housing sector.

Neither social nor private housing have ever been eligible for grant funding through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, which currently provides funding for public sector organisations in England to install low carbon heating and energy efficiency measures until 2028.
