The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 23 June 2026 to Question 10193 on Israeli Settlements, if she will update the House on (a) the response from the Advertising Standards Authority to the letter from the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan on the Great Israeli Real Estate Event on 14 June 2026 when such a response is received.

The Minister for Creative Industries, Media and Arts and I received a response from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on 19 June. The ASA confirmed it is considering a complaint and assessing whether the material falls within the scope of the Advertising Codes, and if so what action it should take.
