The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 22 June 2026 to Question 7511, whether the review of the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate will have published terms of reference; and if so, on what date she expects those terms of reference to be published.

Answered by Keir Mather

The Government does not intend to publish terms of reference for the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate Review. The terms of the review are for the UK Government and the devolved governments to determine, with a public consultation to follow in due course.
