The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many children of asylum seekers are enrolled in state-funded (a) primary and (b) secondary schools; and whether such data is available by region and local authority.

The Department for Education does not hold data on pupils at state-funded schools in England who are the children of asylum seekers.
