The Independent Office for Police Conduct is independent of Government.
The inspection of police inputs to Safety Advisory Groups is being undertaken independently by His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services. A publication date for the final report has not yet been confirmed. We expect it to be published in summer 2026.
