To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the answer to question 12225, what information her Department holds on whether the following bodies have zero procurement spend for the relevant year because they in fact spent no money on procurement, or because they did not submit a return for the relevant financial year regarding a) 2023/4 i) Cabinet Office ii) Central Funds iii) Export Credits Guarantee Department iv) NESO v) Pensions vi) Navy, Army and Air Force Institute vii) National Nuclear Laboratry Ltd viii) National Physics Laboratory ix) Royal Mint; and in b) 2024/5 i) Export Credits Guarantee Department ii) Pensions iii) Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office iv) HMRC v) UK Hydrographic Office.

The pattern of data submission for the bodies in the question to HMT for consolidation into Whole-of-Government-Accounts (WGA) is as follows:
- Cabinet Office submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- Central Funds (understood to be referencing the Consolidated Fund, Exchange Equalisation Accounts, the Contingencies Fund and the National Loan Fund) submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- Export Credit Guarantees Department submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- National Energy Systems Operation (NESO) submitted data in and 2024-25. It was not established soon enough to be included in the 2023-24 consolidation.
- Central government unfunded pensions (Teachers, Armed forces, NHS, Post office, Civil service, Police, Fire, Other) submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- Local Government funded pensions are subject to data submission patterns of local government entities which account for those assets and liabilities.
- The Army, Navy and Air Force Institute submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- National Nuclear Laboratory Ltd submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- National Physical Laboratory submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- The Royal Mint submitted data in 2024-25 but did not make submission for 2023-24
- Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- HMRC (incl. trust statement) submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
- UK Hydrographic Office submitted data in both 2023-24 and 2024-25
