The £100 million announced in the press release is additional investment in the ongoing Commando Force Transformation programme. This will fund, over four years, investments in cutting edge technology. The exact investments to be made will be decided through prioritisation by the programme leads and will be informed by current programme success as well as lessons from ongoing conflicts.
