Project Trenchard is a Royal Air Force infrastructure programme with planned investment of £10 billion over 10 years. The project seeks to reverse decades of estate decline by prioritising activity that will improve operational readiness and resilience as well as the lived experience of personnel. It will deliver improvements to warfighting infrastructure, utilities capacity, and critical enablers such as Airfield Operating Surfaces.
