Asked by Mike WoodConservativeCabinet OfficeTabled Answered 8 July 2026UIN 14858

The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what guidance his Department has issued to departments on the disclosure of the names of organisations who are respondents to public consultations and calls for evidence.

Answered by Nick Thomas-Symonds

The Cabinet Office published consultation principles, which provide guidance to government departments on conducting consultations. It is for individual departments to decide how to apply the principles to their consultations.
