The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the written statement of 17 June 2026, HCWS120, on Update of Insourcing, what the cost is of the contracts relating to the 83 government buildings that expire in 2028.

The published contract award value for the 11 contracts covering the 83 buildings is £477m, the contracts were awarded in 2022 and began in September / October 2023. The end of the initial term is October 2028.
