The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent estimate he has made of the percentage uptake of lung cancer screenings for those invited in Slough constituency.

Uptake data is not collected or reported at constituency level.

Slough is covered by the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance. Since the start of the Targeted Lung Health Check programme in the Alliance area, 97,462 invitations have been issued and 45,492 people have attended a Lung Health Check appointment, representing an uptake rate of approximately 47%.

In the most recent 12-month period, uptake across the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance has improved to 53%.
