The question

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how much has the Bank of England spent on public affairs services provided by Connect since July 2024, and for what purposes.

This is a matter for the operationally independent Bank of England. The Bank will respond to the honorable Member, and a copy of the letter will be placed in the Library of the House of Commons.
