The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, what is the average amount of funding provided by the National Security Investment Fund in financial years (a) 2024-25, (b) 2025-26 and (c) 2026-27.

In the financial year 2024-25, NSSIF committed £14,863,000 for direct investments into dual-use advanced technology companies. NSSIF committed £17,519,392 for FY25-26, this will be published as part of the annual IDAB report. NSSIF will be deploying a scaled-up amount of capital in FY26-27, having been awarded up to £330m to invest across FY26-27 to FY29-30.
